This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies specifically to Marwiz DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home Advertising Platform) and any advertising, digital signage, or display-related services offered under Marwiz.

1. General Policy

By subscribing to or using Marwiz DOOH services, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. All advertising bookings, screen allocations, proof-of-play services, and digital signage software services fall under this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Advertising Campaigns

Once an advertising campaign has been:

• Booked
• Approved
• Scheduled
• Content has been uploaded or processed

It cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

2.2 Pre-Scheduled Campaigns

If cancellation is requested before ad scheduling or content processing:

• Marwiz may allow cancellation (case-by-case basis)
• Platform fees, processing fees, and setup costs are non-refundable

2.3 Subscription-Based DOOH Software Plans

• Cancellation can be requested at any time
• Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle
• No refund will be issued for the remaining period

2.4 Hardware-Linked Campaigns

For campaigns requiring:

• Media players
• Display devices
• Installation

Cancellation is not permitted once hardware dispatch or installation has started.
