By accessing or using any of the Marwiz platforms or services (Marwiz DOOH, Marwiz CCTV, Marwiz Living, Marwiz Digital Signage Software), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Marwiz provides software solutions for digital advertising, security surveillance, community management, and AI-driven signage. Services include cloud-based management, real-time analytics, and remote configuration.
The following are strictly non-refundable:
● Ad bookings once the campaign is live
● Monthly or annual DOOH software subscriptions
● Setup or configuration charges
● Ad creative processing fees
● On-ground installation or hardware setup fees
● Third-party network/display rentals
Refunds may only be issued if:
1. Duplicate payment is made
2. The user was charged but the DOOH account/campaign was not activated
3. A technical fault on Marwiz’s side prevents campaign delivery AND is not resolved
within 7 working days
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
● Low campaign performance
● Fewer impressions due to outdoor conditions
● Power or network issues at third-party display sites
● Customer’s inaccurate media plan or creative
If a reserved screen becomes unavailable due to:
● Local authority restrictions
● Site shutdown
● Third-party vendor failure
Marwiz will reallocate the campaign to another available screen with similar reach. Refunds will not be issued unless no alternative screens are available.
Media players, display units, mounts, or accessories once delivered cannot be returned.
Replacement is allowed only for:
● Manufacturing defects
● Device failures within the warranty period
Physical damage, mishandling, or improper installation are not covered.
● Upgrades are charged immediately → non-refundable
● Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle
● No pro-rated refunds for the current cycle
Any billing or campaign-related dispute must be raised within 3 working days of payment or campaign start.
Chargebacks without contacting Marwiz Support will result in:
● Immediate suspension of all campaigns
● Account review
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
